① Accommodation reservation "Customer → Gingetsu"(Acceptance starts from January 1, 4th year of Reiwa)

·We will send you an invoice for your accommodation by "email" or "invoice".
·After confirming payment, we will show you how to purchase bleachers tickets through "eplus".

※When making a reservation, the email address of the representative is always required.
※We will charge a reservation fee for the accommodation fee, so please make the payment in advance by the invoice date.
※If payment cannot be confirmed by the due date, accommodation and bleachers ticket purchase slots will be automatically cancelled.
※If the accommodation is canceled due to the customer's convenience, the reservation fee will be applied to the cancellation fee.(There is no refund)


② Share ticket purchaser information【Gingetsu → Eplus, to the executive committee】
Customers can purchase tickets by sending the dedicated URL and serial number to the plan purchasers with paid bleachers tickets.Therefore, please understand that the name, e-mail address, desired viewing date, and number of tickets purchased will be shared by Eplus and the executive committee of the reservation representative.

③ Sending the URL and serial number for purchasing tickets for the bleachers【Eplus → To our customers】
·Based on the shared purchaser information, the URL and serial number for purchasing the bleachers ticket for the representative (not the number of purchases) will be sent by e-mail.
·After payment of the ticket fee is completed, tickets related to admission to the bleachers will be sent directly to the representative from "eplus".

※Membership registration to "eplus" is required to purchase tickets.
※Please understand that even if the viewing is canceled for some reason that is not convenient for you, the ticket fee will not be refunded in full.(3 See other)

Handling when viewing is canceled
If viewing at the bleachers is canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, etc., the amount will be refunded after deducting the lunch box fee, souvenir fee, towel muffler, mask fee, and additional ticket purchase fee. We will respond.
